California Court of Appeal

In re J.G., 147463

In an appeal from a juvenile court order finding that defendant’s probation terminated ‘unsuccessfully’ because he failed to pay restitution ordered as a condition of probation, the order is reversed where unpaid restitution debts do not foreclose a finding of satisfactory completion of probation, under Welf. & Inst. Code section 786(c)(2).
