On rehearing, sentences for second degree murder, attempted murder, and shooting at an inhabited dwelling are modified to strike the gang enhancement findings under Penal Code section 186.22(b), and vicarious firearm enhancement findings under Penal Code section 12022.53(e)(1), as well as the sentences imposed thereon. As modified, the judgments are affirmed.
