Revocation, and reinstatement on condition defendant serve an additional 60 days in custody, of parole following defendant's successful petition for resentencing under Proposition 47 is affirmed where trial court's authority to revoke and reinstate parole with additional custodial time, under Penal Code sections 1170.18, subd. (d) and 3000.08, subd. (f), is not limited by the 364-day maximum sentence for misdemeanors.
