Conviction for second degree burglary and forgery is affirmed where the trial court properly denied defendant's petition for resentencing under Proposition 47, Penal Code section 1170.18, because he failed to establish eligibility to have his sentence recalled. The court also concluded that a bank is a commercial establishment under Penal Code section 459.5.
