Sentence for various sex offenses is modified in part and otherwise affirmed. The Court concluded that defendant could be convicted of luring a minor with intent to orally copulate under section 288.3 and attempted oral copulation of a minor under sections 664 and 288a(b), as the statutes cover different conduct and neither is the lesser included offense of the other.
