In a family law action, the juvenile court's order removing defendant's children from his custody and the custody of their mother for placement is reversed as to defendant Jonathan D. The Court remanded for the juvenile court to reconsider defendant's request for custody under the proper standard for noncustodial parents of Welfare and Institutions Code section 361.2, and to reconsider its determination that the Indian Child Welfare Act does not apply.
