In an action against a subcontractor for defective performance of a plumbing subcontract, in which plaintiff obtained a default judgment and then notified plaintiff's liability insurer, who then successfully moved to set aside the default, the trial court's judgment is reversed where the trial court abused its discretion by ruling that plaintiff was entitled to relief.
