In a suit against the city council of Culver City and five of its council members for allegedly violating the state's open meeting laws, the trial court's grant of defendants' anti-SLAPP motion to dismiss is affirmed over plaintiffs' contentions that the action is exempt from the anti-SLAPP provisions because it concerned the public interest, where there is no probability plaintiffs will prevail on the merits.
