In an automatic appeal of death sentence and conviction by a jury of first degree murder, Pen. Code section 187(a), first degree burglary, section 459, and first degree robbery, sections 211 and 215(a), the Court of Appeals' judgment is: 1) remanded to recalculate the noncapital portion of defendant's sentence; but 2) affirmed in all other respects.
