Convictions of of first degree murder, Pen. Code section 187(a), attempted murder, sections 664 and 187(a), and shooting at an occupied motor vehicle and at an inhabited dwelling, section 246, are: 1) affirmed as to convictions for murder, attempted murder, and shooting at an occupied motor vehicle and at an inhabited dwelling; but 2) reversed as to four counts of attempted murder; and 3) reversed as to the trial court's order imposing a restitution fine and a parole revocation fine as to each count of conviction.
