In an employment dispute between a physician a University hospital employer, alleging sexual harassment and retaliation, the trial court's denial of defendant's anti-SLAPP motion is affirmed where the defendant did not sustain its burden to demonstrate that the gravamen of plaintiff's claims for sexual harassment and retaliation arose from defendant's protected First Amendment activity.
