In an action arising from representations made on an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) organization's web site regarding the background of a retired judge and it's operations in offering ADR services, the trial court's denial of defendants' anti-SLAPP, Code Civ. Proc. section 425.16, motion to strike the complaint is affirmed where the commercial speech exemption of section 425.17(c) applies.
