Sentence and conviction of reckless evasion of a peace officer, Veh. Code section 2800.2, hit and run resulting in property damage, Veh. Code section 20002(a), driving under the influence of a drug, Veh. Code section 23152(a), being under the influence of a controlled substance, Health and Saf. Code section 11550(a); resisting or delaying a peace officer, Pen. Code section 148(a)(1), and driving with a suspended license, Veh. Code section 14601.1(a), are reversed where the trial court abused its discretion in rejecting the plea bargain in the absence of any stated justification.
