Convictions of sexual battery, Pen.Code section 243.4(a), felony false imprisonment, sections 236 and 237(a), indecent exposure, section 314(1), and assault with intent to penetrate, section 220(a), and battery for purposes of sexual arousal, section 243(e)(1), are affirmed where: 1) the record support felony false imprisonment convictions; and 2) the trial court properly admitted testimony from the victim with respect to his attempt to digitally penetrate victim.
