Petitioned to recall defendant's sentence under Proposition 47, the Safe Neighborhoods and Schools Act, Pen. Code section 1170.18, for plea of no contest to forgery, is reversed where although the trial court correctly ruled that the value of each check was the face value of the check, it erred by aggregating the individual checks to reach $950.
