Sentence for methamphetamine possession and attempted second degree robbery is reversed where: 1) Health and Safety Code section 11372.7, subdivision (a)'s drug program fee may not be imposed when defendant did not have the ability to pay the fine; and 2) Health and Safety Code section 1202.5, subdivision (a)'s crime prevention fee cannot be imposed for an attempted robbery offense that's not an enumerated offense for that particular fee.
