In an arbitration action, arising after plaintiffs' relative died following lipoplasty and suction lipectomy performed by defendant surgeons, the trial court's order denying motions to compel arbitration are reversed where: 1) three arbitration agreements at issue are enforceable under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and 2) the 30-day rescission right in California Code of Civil section 1295(c) is preempted by the FAA.
