In an employment suit alleging wrongful termination and violations of the Fair Employment and Housing Act and the Labor Code, the trial court's denial of defendants' motion to compel arbitration, based on an arbitration agreement in the employee handbook, is reversed where: 1) there is a valid arbitration agreement; and 2) the agreement to arbitrate is not illusory.
