In a petition for recall and resentencing, under Penal Code section 1170(d)(2), of two consecutive terms of life without the possibility of parole (LWOP) for crimes defendant committed as a juvenile, the trial court's denial of the petition is affirmed where the trial court did not abuse its discretion by finding that only four of the eight factors listed in section 1170(d)(2)(F) applied favorably to defendant.
