In a suit against the University of California alleging claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Gov. Code sections 12900-12966, and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), sections 12945.1 and 12945.2, the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant is reversed where summary judgment was improperly granted with respect to plaintiff's claims for disability discrimination under FEHA, failure to accommodate and failure to engage in the interactive process in violation of FEHA, interference with CFRA, and retaliation in violation of CFRA.
