In a suit for legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of a written agreement defendant drafted to govern a limited liability corporation he formed with plaintiff and others, the trial court's order compelling arbitration of the claims pursuant to the terms of the agreement is reversed in part where the arbitration provision did not encompass plaintiff's tort claims.
