Sentence for conviction of escape from defendant's home detention program, Pen. Code section 4532(b)(1) is affirmed where any error committed by the trial court, in refusing to instruct the jury that his escape conviction required the willful failure to return to his place of confinement no later than the period he was authorized to be away, was harmless.
