People ex rel. Feur v. Progressive Horizon, Inc., 263622

In a regulatory action, contending that defendant medical marijuana business's failure to comply with a LiveScan requirement forfeited its limited immunity from enforcement of Los Angeles' Proposition D, the trial court's denial of defendant's motion to dissolve the injunction for plaintiff's is affirmed where the Los Angeles Municipal Code does not provide for a restoration of limited immunity for medical marijuana businesses after that immunity is lost following a violation of Proposition D.
