Sentence and conviction of forcible lewd acts on a child, Pen. Code section 288(b) are affirmed however errors in the abstract and minutes must be corrected because it was not necessary for the prosecution to prove that specific charged acts occurred during each of the one-year periods alleged in the information since the information alleged only that the acts occurred 'on or about' each of those periods.
