In an appeal of an arbitration under the Mandatory Fee Arbitration Act (MFAA), Bus. and Prof. Code section 6200 et seq., arising out of a dispute over the value of defendant's legal services, the arbitration award is: 1) affirmed as to the trial court's confirmation of the arbitration award and with respect to the attorney fees award, where there is no error in the amount of compensable time approved by the trial court; but 2) vacated where there no reasonable basis in the record for the court's assignment of different hourly rates to the defendants' two attorneys
