Sentence imposed following a contested probation violation proceeding pursuant to Penal Code section 1203.2(a) is modified where, although the finding that defendant violated the terms of his probation and his state prison sentence are affirmed, the oral pronouncement of judgment is modified to omit the additional probation revocation restitution fines, under Pen. Code section 1202.44, imposed in each case.
