In a case between neighbors who engaged in a brawl which was video-recorded and distributed to news agencies, the trial court's denial of defendants' anti-SLAPP motion under Code Civ. Proc. section 425.16 is affirmed where the trial court properly denied the motion because a video-recording of an unseemly private brawl, no matter how wide its distribution, is far removed from a citizen's constitutional right of petition or free speech involving a public issue.
