In a petition for writ of administrative mandate challenging defendant's decision to terminate plaintiff from its medical staff, the trial court's denial of three of plaintiff's motions and declaration that she is a vexatious litigant under Code of Civil Procedure section 391(b)(2) and (3), are affirmed where substantial evidence supports that finding.
