In an appeal by a defendant who was committed to the Department of State Hospitals (DSH) for an indeterminate term as a sexually violent predator (SVP), and who later receivn an exam which concluded he was still a pedophile but no longer dangerous and that treatment in a less restrictive setting was in his best interests, the court's recommittment of defendant to DSH is reversed where the court prejudicially erred in admitting inadmissible hearsay evidence.
