Conviction of murder, Pen. Code section 187(a)), second degree robbery, section 211, and assault with a semi-automatic firearm, section 245(a)(2), is affirmed where: 1) any error in failing to instruct on second degree murder was harmless; and 2) the trial court did not err in failing to instruct the jury on voluntary manslaughter and involuntary manslaughter.
