In a case challenging a one-year sentence enhancement imposed pursuant to Pen. Code 667.5(b), for a 2011 conviction of possession of methamphetamine while armed with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession of methamphetamine, which were reduced to a misdemeanor under Proposition 47, the one-year enhancement is stricken where once the court resentenced his 2011 conviction as a misdemeanor he no longer qualified for the one-year sentence enhancement for a 2002 conviction.
