In a minor's appeals from the dispositional order declaring him a ward of the court, Welf. and Inst. Code section 602, after the juvenile court found true the allegations he was publicly intoxicated and was a minor in possession of tobacco, the order is reversed where the detaining officer did not comply with section 647(g), and possession of a lighter is not punishable under section 308(b).
