Sentence and conviction of four sex offenses, sexual penetration, Pen. Code section 288.7(b), attempted sexual intercourse, sections 664, 288.7(a), and lewd or lascivious conduct, section 288(a), are: 1) affirmed as to convictions; but 2) remanded for resentencing where the trial court believed it was required to impose full, separate, and consecutive terms pursuant to section 667.6(d), and rule 4.426 of the California Rules of Court that were not applicable to this case.
