In a juvenile proceeding, a lower court's decision to deny a motion to suppress evidence gleaned from a search of minor's cell phone was affirmed where: 1) search of minor's cell phone was reasonable under twofold test in New Jersey v. T.L.O (1985) 469 U.S. 325; and 2) juvenile court properly found the search was justified at its inception and permissible in scope.
