In a suit seeking to collect money plaintiff allegedly loaned her boyfriend-defendant during their relationship, in which defendant retained his brother to defend him, the trial court's grant of plaintiff's motion to disqualify defense counsel is affirmed where during the time that defense counsel had served as plaintiff's attorney, he had learned confidential information about plaintiff's relationship with defendant that could be used against her.
