Lamar Central Outdoor, LLC v. City of L.A., 260074

In continuing litigation between outdoor advertising companies and the City of Los Angeles over "offsite signs," billboards with commercial messages in locations other than at a property owner's business, challenging the city's denial of 45 applications to convert existing offsite signs to digital signs, the trial court's judgment in favor of plaintiffs on First Amendment grounds is reversed where there is no constitutional infirmity in the sign ban.
