Sentence under the three strikes law for conviction of second degree robbery, Pen. Code section 211, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, former section 12021(a)(1), is reversed where the trial court's admission of a witness's conditional examination testimony violated defendant's rights under the confrontation clause of the Sixth Amendment.
