Bae v. T.D. Service Co., 262921

In an appeal of the setting aside of a default judgment in an underlying action that asserted claims arising from a foreclosure sale against several defendants, the trial court's grant of a motion for relief from the default and default judgment is affirmed where the record supports relief on the basis of extrinsic mistake under the three-part test set forth in Rappleyea v. Campbell (1994) 8 Cal.4th 975, 981.
