Sentence for conviction of possession of heroin, methamphetamine, and cocaine, in violation of Health & Saf. Code sections 11350(a), 11377(a) and 11350(a), is affirmed where the trial court did not err in its finding, supported by substantial evidence, that defendant did not possess the controlled substances for personal use and thus was not eligible for drug treatment probation.
