In a petition for resentencing pursuant to Penal Code section 1170.18, after serving over three years of a plea agreement sentence for grand theft from the person of another, the trial court's court grant of the petition for resentencing and denial of the People's request to vacate the plea agreement are affirmed where the resentencing did not deprive the People of the benefit of its bargain obtained through the plea agreement.
