On remand from the California Supreme Court, conviction of arson of an inhabited structure, Pen. Code section 451(b), with a multiple structure enhancement, Pen. Code section 451.1(a)(4), the judgment is reversed where double jeopardy bars a retrial for arson of property and for any other lesser related offense on which the jury was instructed.
