In defendant's appeal from an order lifting a litigation stay in an underlying employment dispute, in which the trial court granted a motion to compel arbitration and stayed the litigation in the judicial forum pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1281.4, but defendant refused to pay the arbitration fees and the arbitration provider dismissed the arbitral proceeding after no arbitration costs were paid, the subsequent order lifting the litigation stay is dismissed where it is a nonappealable order.
