Penal Code section 1202.4(f)(3)(F), part of the direct victim restitution statute which creates an exception to the general limitation to the economic losses victims suffer and permits trial courts to order restitution for noneconomic losses, including, but not limited to, psychological harm, for felony violations of Section 288, does permit trial courts to order restitution for a victim's noneconomic losses where a defendant is convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child under section 288.5 and the conduct underlying that conviction also constitutes a violation of section 288.
