Code section 187, with true findings of multiple-murder special-circumstance allegations, section 190.2(a)(3), and allegations that in each offense defendant used a firearm, inflicting great bodily injury or death, the judgment is affirmed over defendant's guilt phase challenges to the prosecution and defense evidence, sanity phase challenges to his competency, and penalty phase claims regarding the constitutionality of California's death penalty scheme.
