Epic Medical Management v. Paquette, 261541
In an appeal of an arbitrated dispute between a doctor and a medical management company, with which he had contracted to supply non-medical management services to his practice, and in which both parties believed the other owed money under the terminated agreement, the trial court's affirmation of the arbitrators ruling in favor of the management company is affirmed where the issue is not reviewable, and, if it were, the contract is not illegal as a matter of law.
