In a breach of real estate services contract case, the trial court's order setting aside the default and default judgment in this case is affirmed where an attorney's sworn affidavit that requires a trial court to vacate a default, default judgment, or dismissal that is "in fact" caused by an attorney's "mistake, inadvertence, surprise, or neglect," Code Civ. Proc. section 473(b), need not disclose the reasons for his mistake, inadvertence, surprise, or neglect.
