An order granting an anti-SLAPP motion special motion to strike appellant's complaint filed pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16, is affirmed where: 1) the trial court did not violate plaintiff's rights by failing to provide her with a copy of the tentative ruling provided to respondent prior to oral argument on respondent's anti-SLAPP motion; 2) section 425.17(c) is inapplicable; and 3) respondent's alleged actions were not illegal.
