City of Corona v. AMG Outdoor Advertising, 062869

In an appeal of an order granting a preliminary injunction in favor of city-plaintiff, requiring defendants to cease using and immediately remove a billboard, or outdoor advertising sign, that defendant erected in the City without a city or state permit, the order is affirmed over defendants' claim that the city ordinance at issue was impermissibly applied to them and is unconstitutional where the challenge is unsupported by any evidence in the record, and belied by the City’s evidence.
