Denial of petition for resentencing under Proposition 47, the Safe Neighborhoods and Schools Act of 2014, is affirmed where Prop. 47 does not apply to crimes that are not specifically enumerated in the law itself, specifically unlawfully driving a vehicle of another without permission, Veh. Code section 10851(a), and receiving a stolen vehicle, Pen. Code section 496d.
