In a challenge to Proposition D, the current medical marijuana ordinance of the City of Los Angeles, enacted by voters in 2013, the dismissal of the complaint is affirmed where: 1) there is no constitutional or statutory right to possess, cultivate, distribute, or transport marijuana for medical purposes; and 2) Proposition D was a properly enacted ordinance.
